Time to assembly

Wednesday – 08 – 21
Thursday – 08 – 21
Friday – 08 – 11

All major products such as heat pumps, whirlpools, cars, etc. needs to be delivered on Tuesday before 12.00. All ordered stand equipment and carpets are delivered continuously during Wednesday and Thursday.

NOTE! No loading after 18.00 on Thursday. At this time, the carpet in the aisles are being placed in the arena.

Time to disassembly

Sunday 17 – 24

All technical equipment will be dismantled on Sunday evening and our technicians need availability to disassembly the fair.

Loading ports

Hall A: 1.45 x 1.90 (BxH) meter
Hall B och Hall C: 3 x 3 (BxH) meter
Hall D 0,8 x 1,90 (BxH)

Forklift

Forklifts with a lifting capacity of 1.5 ton are available during time to assembly and disassembly. Forklift do not need to be pre-booked.

Stand walls

As standard, the stand rent includes black stand walls.
The stand walls consist of 3mm MDF boards that are mounted in aluminum profiles. To mount /attach objects to the wall or aluminum profile, special double-sided adhesive tape or hooks must be used (it can be order here or at the fair).

Equipment

All equipment is for rent only, unless otherwise stated and delivers directly to your stand during assembly time. The invoice will be sent to you after the trade fair has ended.

Parking

Free parking för exhibitors is available at the back of the arena.

Insurance

Exhibitors themselves, must ensure that the necessary insurance is available that covers any damage to their own property, as well as for damage to third parties and their property. The organizer is not responsible for damage or loss of the exhibitors property.

Exhibitor card

Everyone who stays in the hall must register at the Information desk and receive an exhibitor card that must be carried throughout the fair. During the fairs opening hours, people without a card will be rejected.
